IT ALL STARTED IN PRODUCT DESIGN

I began my UX career at Amazon, designing for high-impact teams like Treasure Truck, Amazon Go, Customer Reviews, and more. My favorite experience was working on devising digital strategies for helping shoppers spontaneously purchase deals and pick them up from a physical truck (in fact, a Treasure Truck). I loved the challenge of developing a new conceptual model of the Amazon offering for customers. I successfully earned the trust of customers to pick up perishables, digital products, and large purchases from a Truck same-day, expanding beyond Amazon as a convenient way to get products in 2 days or less via delivery.

An Intentional Detour That Strengthened My Core 

IN 2019, I PIVOTED FROM PRODUCT DESIGN TO PEOPLE

As a Senior Career Coach at General Assembly, I supported over 500 UX, engineering, and data students through intense career transitions, many during COVID and mass layoffs. I built curriculum, led coaching programs, and became an expert in guiding people through uncertainty, leveraging design thinking, systems strategy, and emotional intelligence to drive real-world results.

Where I’m Headed 

I’M RETURNING TO UX WITH RENEWED CLARITY AND ENERGY

Mentoring tech grads as a coach gave me a front-row seat to what motivates people, how they learn, and what makes technology feel empowering instead of overwhelming. I’m looking to join a collaborative product team where I can scale thoughtful experiences, mentor others, and build what’s next with heart and precision.
